Turtle, Turtle

Gina and I went to the New England Aquarium in Boston today.
This is Gina's birthday so we decided to have some fun in town today.
We saw a 3-D movie at the IMAX next door to the aquarium.
Lunch was at the Black Rose. We topped off lunch with a canolli from
Quincy Market.

The picture of the bridge that was posted was mislabeled as
the Jamestown Bridge. This is actually the Newport Bridge.
The picture was taken from Jamestown.

Rose Island Light

This lighthouse is no longer used. The Newport bridge was
completed in 1969 and has very high towers and bright
lights. The Coast Guard discontinued the lighthouse in 1971.
The lighthouse on Rose Island has been refurbished and was relit
and is now used as a private aid to navigation.

watched it for about 15 minutes
without moving.

Arches National Park near Moab, Utah.

I am sorry that I have not been posting daily.

The weather has been so that we are not venturing out

on the weekends. Yesterday and today it has sounded like

rain, but it is from the water running off the roof from the melting

snow. Yea!

We will be in New England into May, so as soon as we can we will be back

out there checking things out.

I will try to do better and post more often from the archives.

We have seen robins in the area so spring must be close by.
