About this time of the year five years ago I made my first trip to NYC. I was working in Albany on an assignment and my nephew Ashley came from KY. for a visit. We decided to go to the "City" as the people in Albany referred to it. Ashley had done some research on pizza places and found Lombardi's. It was establised in 1905 and the original coal fired pizza oven is still being used.
If you ever make it to NYC, stop by Lombardi's on Spring St. and have one of their pizzas. It is the best!
I wish they delivered.
