This is the view from the back of my apartment. It is so peaceful here, I can sit in my living room and hear the stream running out back. Alameda has a "homey" feeling. I will miss the solitude of where I live. Oakland on the other hand seems a world different. Oakland could be a lot better place if only the city would keep its streets clean, mainly Broadway which is one of the primary downtown streets.
